The images that are contained on this web site have not been certified as being true and correct copies of the instruments filed and recorded with the King County Recorder's Office. Certified copies of these documents can be purchased in person at the King County Recorder's Office, or by mail, sending a check for the correct fee to: 500 Fourth Avenue, Room 430, Seattle, Washington 98104. Information found on this website is public and provided for the convenience of customers who wish to access records via the Internet in lieu of searching using traditional means. It is designed and intended for individual document viewing and has not been compiled or linked for commercial purposes.
